Choosing Beggar Acts Like A Jerk After Asking Friends To Borrow A Car For His Wedding, Keeps Refusing Perfectly Good Offers
We hear a lot about bridezillas but grooms can be batshirt crazy, too. Take this poor materialistic bastard for example. As his big day was approaching, he decided it would be a great idea to drive up to the ceremony in a cool car. Which isn’t that crazy. However, the delusion began when he made a Facebook post, asking people to lend him their ride.
A few folks offered him their BMW M3 and Tesla Model 3, but the cars weren’t good enough for our hero. “It’s my wedding, not my 18th birthday party,” he replied rejecting the offers, adding that he needs something at least over $100,000. Eventually, someone took a screenshot of the ridiculous exchange and uploaded it to the Choosing Beggar subreddit where it has already received nearly 70,000 upvotes.

Here’s what people have been saying about the crazy dude
"I deserve what I can't afford" seems to be a common trend amongst influencers and a wider general public of the influenced. Self-entitlement is not slowing down!
Yeah. 👍 I’d stop being friends with this gold digger.
Load More Replies...My sister and brother-in-law run a wedding car company and when they saw this they agreed that they would offer the white vintage Bentley and when he is drooling down himself they would say "But it's an old car so you won't be interested" before leaving him with no car.
U wot m8?! Somebody offered you a TESLA and you say "no" Like BRUH a Tesla is something most people can only dream of having, Somebody needs to give him a good smack
Every car I've ever had was over 100K. Of course, that was the odometer, not the value of the car.
Better a tricycle....more his speed and throw in a pacifier for the dope.

My wedding was at a court house, I threw up and cried because I didn't want to ever get married but the semester was starting soon and I needed the student loans and so my boyfriend agreed to marry me as long as I promised to never tell anyone. I cried and apologized threw the whole thing. We still married. Been together for 11 years and our 10th anniversary is next year, problem is that neither of us ever remember the date. My dad died last year without knowing I was married because the lie had gone for too long at that point and I couldn't bring myself to tell him. I love my husband and even offered to divorce him when I was making too much money for him to qualify for student loans but we realized we got more back in taxes. Kind of a shame. Thought it would be romantic to get married and divorced for student loan money.
You could always have another, “proper“ wedding, or a vow renewal or something like that, depending in the laws where you are.
