Artist Uses Artificial Intelligence To Make Cartoon Characters Look Realistic (30 Pics)
Once again, A.I. remakes make an appearance on Bored Panda. This time, we have a wide array of characters from all kinds of universes. From the beloved Frozen, to the classic anime Death Note, to the Cartoon Networks star Ben 10, you will be able to see what the main characters of these animated series would look like if they were a little more realistic.
The artist known as Darky Artist on Instagram decided to try out this new technology combined with their skills in Photoshop. The result is quite interesting. The artist told Bored Panda: "I have used a tool called Artbreeder to generate the base images, then edit as per requirement using Photoshop."

Oh my f*****g god...STOP CALLING THIS GUY AN ARTIST! He uses a completely FREE website called ArtBreeder and barely photoshops anything. He's claiming a complex AI's work as his own when he barely did s**t, so stop praising him PLEASE!

It’s not that easy. It’s not like you put the picture and be like “computer make this ai”. It takes an amount of work, or else everyone would be doing it

Realistic = an acne scar, a mole, a wrinkle when they smile, hair that is subject to gravity... But that's just me.

I agree, but with the program the artist used, you can't really do that. Would LOVE that, though.

The only thing to make them look more human is imperfections. That’s the beauty. ❤️

Stop praising him. All he did was use Artbreeder. It's a free AI website that's super easy to use and takes minimal effort. It's actually really fun to play with, but it doesn't take skill. At all.

These are pretty cool and I'd like to see more of them, but I wish they'd been shown with the cartoon image included.

Is it a coincidence that cartoon characters in real life are all to a person movie star good looking?

Almost as if they were purposely drawn that way. Almost. As. If.
