Ceausescu’s Prison – Doftana Ruins 2016

Former dictator of Romania, Nicolae Ceausescu has been arested in 1936 for comunist activities and imprisoned for two years at Doftana Prison (at 18 years old). This place, which is now only a ruin, has been before 1989 kind of a pilgrimage destination; symbolic place of young people passage towards a new stage of their lives: they became pioneers.
