Cats At Work: I Captured Cats Living In People’s Working Places (30 Pics)
Spending time taking photos of cats, it naturally turned out that there are many people who have a cat in their working place, so I decided to start a new project called C-AT Work.
It is a very interesting project that allows me to see cats in the most unusual environments, in beautiful locations where we are not used to seeing them.
But I want to point out that all of my pictures are taken with respect for each cat, nothing is pretended or forced. Cats are very unpredictable and this is the hardest part of the project. They just don’t do what you want, when you want. I cannot expect anything; I just try and wait to see what happens. There will never be cats kept in my arms forcibly in my photos, everything has to be very spontaneous and recreate an atmosphere of daily intimacy.
Many of my subjects had been suggested to me by people who knew about the project, others come from internet research.

Any business-place with an animal is a million times better than one without. Our local feedstore has a sweet old kitty who loves pets (if you're calm around her). Last time I went, she licked my hand for at least 5 minutes and had her paws wrapped around me cause she didn't want me to leave.

There is a bookstore near by called “The haunted bookshop” it’s a beautiful place, and there are three sweet kitties that live there.

Loved all of them....the cats and the beautifully captured photos. I live in India, unfortunately cats are not very welcomed. There are about 9 cats in my apartment campus....i feed them..and have to bear the dirty looks and comments of other residents. Cats are considered a bad omen here.

I work in a design agency and we have lots of cats and dogs who come everyday. One cat lives in our office during weekdays and comes home with me on weekends, and his name is Tofu :)

For the last years I volunteered as election worker in my hometown. Each time at the same place, a primary school in the neighborhood. The school's cat LOVED the elections and often fell asleep on the urns or the official paperwork :) Would have been a good addition to that series.

I love all the individual little shops. Where I live it is mostly just big box stores. I hunt out the local shops anytime I can.
