I need ideas to anonymously get revenge on my neighbours for throwing rocks at my dogs for barking (it was not excessive barking, I was home when it happened) If you can come up with some ideas where they wouldn't assume it was me, only wonder wtf... I'll do it and keep you posted!

For example, tell me how to kill their plants, or what I can put in their pool to make it go green, maybe something like throwing dead fish on their roof causing a smell which they can't tell where it is coming from, etc. Also, they mustn't suspect any foul play, it must seem like a "natural occurrence" because plants die.... pools can go green because of an imbalance of chemicals.... and something could have naturally died causing a smell.....
I would use *67 to hide my identity and call them. When they pick up, play a police department sound bite saying they are being fined for something (could be anything to stress them out) and then just repeatedly do this for as long as you need.
