Everyone Ignored This Cat, But This Guy Decided To Rescue It
Reddit user HoneyFlowers saw a tragic scene of what appeared to be a cat that had been horribly hurt. Stopping only to take a few photos along the way, the brave Redditor approached the wounded feline with the intention of helping it. However, much to HoneyFlowers’ surprise, the cat wasn’t hurt at all—it was just napping on some dried paint! “Smug bastard.”
“Saw this cat bleeding out”
“[so I] ran to it’s rescue”
“It was just dried red paint”
“Smug bastard”

Load More Replies...What, you think the cat thought, "think I'll f**k with some humans today?" Lol
Load More Replies...At least this guy's heart and actions were in the right place. I am proud of him!
Lolz cats are trolling bastards. But you're awesome for running to his rescue!
the cat was to plump and relaxed to have lost that much blood. I thought at first it was flower petals
i appreciate the photographer's intentions to help... many would not have even given it a second look..
Devil cat? NOT. The cat is either cranky or under the weather as shown in the last photo. I hope the author ensured he REALLY was OK.
Does this cat have a home? Did anyone take it in and feed it or give it water? Looks like he needed help. He looks thin.
These golden cats have a great sense of humor, very often. Have known 2 that liked to play little jokes. One in particular was a total character. Makes me smile just to think about him :-)
I wasn't going to look at cuz it made me so sad but then I decided to woman up and as I read and understood I thought, he took pictures first then ran to aid it?? How awful to get a shot first! I'm glad the kitty is fine and the photographer well, I give you an A- cuz you went to aid but took photos first then to help! Bless you for checking up on the smug bastard!! Hahaha!!!
This cat is a professional actor, needs an Emmy's award for this performance!
Why didn't you take him home with you?! He's still clearly homeless. Although I was relieved to see it was paint it could use a safe place.
i would have come to its rescue too because it looked really like a badly wounded cat
At least this guy had his heart and actions in the right place. I am proud of him!
Ahahah, I was ready to say that people are egoistic asshles, but in fact, they just already knew that it was paint. Glad the cat was ok.
I'd like what I was reading more if the writer knew the f*****g difference between "it's" and "its."
