Well, there’s an entire Reddit community that’s dedicated to sharing those—the worst and crappiest movie details ever. And it’s all for the sake of having a laugh.

This is what they were amusingly called on set. A Reddit user certainly didn't come up with the joke.
Redditor Merari01, one of the subreddit's moderators, told Bored Panda that their top mod "saw an opening in the market" and started up the community in 2017.
"People on reddit love making silly jokes and puns. There's lots of in-jokes and running gags and that makes a good breeding ground for playfully memeing in the context of movies," sub mod Merari01 explained why the sub is as successful as it is. They referenced this post as a great example of the community's playfulness.
The mod also revealed that plenty of internet users get mixed up "all the time," don't notice the sarcasm, and think that the posts on the sub are 100% serious. "It's part of the fun," they said.

CatWoman CCCXII, I share your exact sentiment . Every year I pay roughly $7,000 so I only have to pay $10,000 before the insurance company pays its first penny. To be noted, this is for me and my 2 kids and it's medical only (dental and vision not included). I don't know whether mine is better than the average plan, but I'm sure it's not the worse.

Never watched till season 8 wrapped up... dealt with the over zealous fans so assumed the show was garbage. Then after hearing from the same super fans that season 8 sucked I assumed they were just bitter about the show coming to an end. So I decided to give the show a fair chance and I watched it from season 1 thru season 8. And yes I was upset I became a super fan myself then realized that they ruined the entire character development and plot / Quest.

Not sure why many of the actors got offended by the reviews. Winterfell would take a month at least to get there from KL. They did it in an episode and back and forth like it was teleportation. The time frame just didn’t make sense at all. I kill the Ice king today and fight Cerci tomorrow. I hated that. I like how it ended ultimately, but how it got there was clearly rushed and disappointing. Fans spent years devoted to the show and to basically say it’s a wrap let’s just get through this to end it is a slap in the face to the fans.

season 8 was total garbage. they should have made 10 seasons and take the time to finish all the story strings that were climaxing untill season 8 but instead we got an overrushed season splattered on the screen like a premature ejaculation. i really liked the serie untill season 8. they had the opportunity to make such an epic series final if they wouldnt have rushed it so much. really sad actually

I thought it was because they swerved the car around so much with their ridiculous actions on the steering wheel.
A small budget and an overly ambitious narrative can wreck a movie even if the director’s intentions were good. Newsweek points out the obvious fact that bad movies have terrible acting. Whether its newbie actors paying their dues or professional stars off their game during a new project, stilted and cringeworthy acting won’t win any praises from the crowd.
Unless they’re going for a ‘so bad it’s good’ sorta vibe. In fact, we tend to love bad movies like ‘The Room’ and ‘Sharknado’ because they make us feel just like film critics.
“These films are humorous because they are incredulously awful and you can’t believe that anyone could produce something that bad and think it’s OK. The other thing is it gives you a sense of superiority and a sense of mastery and competence because if you can recognize why it’s bad, you have expertise in this area of film consumption. It makes you feel like an expert film critic,” Salford senior lecturer in psychology Dr. Adam Galpin told New Statesman.

I think portraying Thor in the movie this way was wrong and insensitive, but wow - it should got a lot of people talking about it, which is good. Not sure if the end ever justifies the means, but it was encouraging to hear guys in the break room talking about the movie and then Thor's change in character.

While I can understand that some people found fat Thor offensive, I admit I found him funny. For me it wasn't that he was fat and miserable, but that he was a God, used to being strong, attractive, self-confident etc. And one wouldn't have expected this perfect God to change in this way. It's the unexpected change that makes it fun, not the details of how he changed.

I didn’t find this funny. I liked how Thor was still worthy even though he no longer looked like a typical hero and was struggling with his mental health, and no longer felt worthy himself. But I will never agree with how over the top this was. Making it comical for him being severely overweight, not just slightly, and making it funny that he’s an alcoholic. I kind of get what they were trying to do but it was so inappropriate on so many levels and will never understand how this was approved and put into the film! Not everyone who is depressed puts on weight, and it’s not ok to laugh and make jokes about people if they do. This is not ok Marvel!

It's become completely nuts. In hobby groups on FB, if you show a WW2 German aircraft you have to black out the swastika on the tail, or FB will threaten to shut down the group. And if you build a model of a WW2 Finnish aircraft you are really screwed trying to show the model. Finish aircraft had six light blue swastikas on them. And even though they have nothing to do with the Nazi swastika, people say they are evil. They predate Nazi Germany.

Yep, but dont worry, it all makes sense. You see, someone found a knife that is a map to the throne room of the death star that was blown into a billion billion teeny tiny pieces in ROTJ. Luckily for Rey, the throne room section, reassembled itself during atmospheric reentry and landed the right way up in a storm ridden ocean. The still intact emperors chair, with largely still intact glass window is adjacent to the still working secret door, which leads to the scene where "evil" Rey appears with her sharp teeth. As I write this I cant actually believe, someone wrote this as a plot idea, and then other people went, hmmm...what a great idea...that all makes total sense

It was pretty good, it’s just that you need a bunch of background Star Wars knowledge not just from the movies to understand everything, so only the super hardcore fans were able to fully enjoy it

Fun fact, the Gallimimus were played by featherless ostriches. They were plucked immediately before shooting the scene, which was a shame because many dinosaurs actually had feathers, and instead of causing these animals unnecessary distress, they could have just used ordinary ostriches with dentures.

The point was never that mermaids couldn't be black. Of course they could. The genetic anomaly that causes red hair, however, is a defect of melanocortin in chromosome 16. Since melanin is precisely the substance that makes skin and hair dark in the first place, redheads can't also be dark skinned. Nature isn't racist, it's just the way it works. For another example, feel free to look up testicular cancer in female patients, or ovarian cancer in males. You'll find them just as rare as black people with naturally red hair.
