Someone said this is just dark humor, but according to my biases this all checks out as unconditionally true. Also, stop making babies until we figure out ways to NOT destroy the planet and one another.
You can't take a cat with you when travelling as easy as a child but you can leave one at home for two days at a time as long as there is a cat flap and they are streetwise. But they are not as expensive as children so with the money saved you can pay a cat sitter or take the cat to a cattery while on holiday.

I'd just like to say that, according to my biases this all checks out as unconditionally true, and is backed by all the evidence real life can give. Also, we have a moral obligation to figure out ways of living with one another and this planet before we continue populating... soooo get a cat.
Agree, why pollute the world with more broken DNA as too many people are born each day, I would vote for a law like in china for the whole world, and who wants children anyway there is plenty to adopt.

One thing is for sure. The kid is way bigger responsibility than a cat. If you fail with the child and he or she becomes a bad person, you can be the reason for ruining many people's lives. But the opposite is also true, the child, unlike the cat, can change the world for good :-)
My cat was my babie for fourteen years, my closest companion ever. This funny cartoon says it all! I enjoyed it very much, for a minute I saw my cat again, hihi.
