Mom Makes Fun Of Her Model Brother By Having Her Toddler Recreate His Poses, And Result Is Hilariously Adorable
The modelling world is notoriously competitive, but New York-based model Aristotle Polites is facing some unexpected competition...from his own baby nephew! As you can see from the 18-month-old toddler's adorably hilarious pictures, he's been busy recreating his uncle's poses with the help of his mom (and Aristotle's older sister) Katina Behm, and we don't know about you but we think they're even better than the originals!
It all started when Behm couldn't get her son, Augie, to wear his plaid button-up shirt. "The image of him with the shirt undone and his bare chest exposed made me laugh because he looked like he belonged on the cover of a romance novel," she told The Huffington Post. "I took a picture and then realised I bet my brother Aris has a picture just like this on his Instagram page which is filled with modelling photos." Low and behold, there was indeed a similar picture in her brother's portfolio, so after creating a side-by-side image of Augie and Aristotle, she sent it to her family and asked them who wore it better. “My brother and I get along great,” she said. “We’ve always had a great younger brother/older sister relationship, lots of poking fun!”
Since then they've been recreating many of Augie's uncle's most dashing poses, and they've even created a joint Instagram account called @babyandthebody that's already amassed over 23k followers. Scroll down for some of our favorites, and don't forget to vote for the best!

Yes, welcome to the Metrosexual and LGBT modeling industry that has Men shave their hair. Real Men have hair, and I even have a full beard.

Augie, you've won my heart. After looking at each photo of you and you uncle, there's simply no contest. Really can't figure out how it happened but, I've a feeling is was your Retro-Cool, Very Rare Green sunglasses and smile. Please thank your mother and all involved in creating your profolio.

Very cute. But I hope I am not the only one that notices something is wrong with the head of the child. I think he has hydrocephalus (head is too big and misshapen)...

No, he's still a toddler. Their bodies are like that at that age, and head may appear too big for the body but that's all normal.

i thought these were pretty good, the only issue i have is the brother was wearing a Captain America shirt (clearly Marvel) and the baby was wearing Batman (DC). being a Marvel fan, i am both offended and outraged at this oversight.

I guess I am to that point in my life where I only looked at the baby pics and wanted to squish the little boy and play with him, the uncle has a nice body but given a choice to hang out with one or the other, I am picking the baby!

These are cute, super cute. But I can't stop thinking, if this were a female model posing in her underwear, and an 18 month old girl copying that, we'd all be freaking out.

Ok let’s set this record straight*... YES he is good looking. NO he is not a model.... these photos are from his GRINDER ACCOUNT. *(see what I did there)

You should take it to a photo center and have then make a book for the family, or do it online at snapfish. It would be wonderful to look at as baby get older.

Is it just me, or is the whole idea of models a bit ridiculous and superficial? You thoughts people.

I dunno, I guess advertisers want to portray the audience they want to buy their products and when they have models look good in them people think they'll look good too. I think that the models however tend to be unrealistic sometimes and that can be damaging to young kids who see them. I mean I understand the advertisers point of view "only beautiful people wear our clothes ergo if you wear out clothes you're beautiful" but I think that models tend to be almost too pretty.
