That's a sun conure. I've had and raised them for almost 20 years. They are wonderful but VERY LOUD small parrots.

luci93, please do NOT buy a parrot just because it's cute! Sun conures have long lives and are very noisy! Think and do research first.

And Marcella is right. theyre very loud (although mine is quiet) and require lots of training and attention. still great pets

Its called a aratinga solstitialis. Commonly known as "sunday conure", although technically they are part of the arantinga family.

its a sunconior we got one but it doesnt do that but it is funny and they become a more firey color when they get older so its coincidence this one likes they little about or warmth on the pc
