I Made Animal Crossing-Inspired Comics (18 Pics)
Hey, I’m Nuwbis and I create a webcomic series about my daily life named “NuwComics.”
During these quite peculiar times we are living in, where we've been staying home most of the time, finding new hobbies is great! During quarantine 2020, I started playing Animal Crossing: New Horizons and I automatically became a HUGE fan. There’s so much to do, lots of fun situations that happen, and so many cute characters!
I’ve decided to start a new series of comics based on my personal adventures in the amazing game Animal Crossing: New Horizons.
I’m currently making new comic episodes every week for my personal favorite moments from the game with a fun approach.
Fans of Animal Crossing will enjoy it for sure! And non-players, I hope you’ll be entertained by the funny and silly situations that can happen in-game.
Hope you enjoy the comics!

I got scammed on a Velasquez painting... one I know very well (it was my painting mentor's favorite). But it won't go to waste, It's now hanging in my studio room, majestically inspiring little fraud that it is.
Nuwbis (Submission author) 5 years ago
Yeah use faked ones as decorations too :P !

Thanks for posting these cute cartoons...I love AnimalCrossing (im a total newbie)....got it for my son's XMas with his new Switch, and I watched him start his island. Nice comics! Some questions: Who is your favorite? Which game do you like best? For me, it's Maple/Phoebe/Pudge/Blaire/Prince/Goldie/Nibbles. I like the City Folk music a lot, but I like New Leaf the best.
Nuwbis (Post author) 5 years ago

I once had a dream I was my animal crossing character ( like in first person) and I was watering flowers then a scorpion jumped out of nowhere and it was on my face but in real life a teddy bear was on my face so, half awake and half asleep and thinking the teddy bear was a scorpion I threw the it across the room and screamed at the top of my lungs. Looking back it's really funny.

I am obsessed with this game. In fact, on my first island a lot of my villagers called me Canapé, so now you know where that part of my username comes from 😅
