Sometimes, finding the perfect wedding dress seems impossible but this bride faces the opposite problem. Sylvia Martin, 93, is marrying her long-term friend Frank Raymond, 88, in July but she can't decide between her most favorite gowns. So, she asked the internet for help and we're here for her!
The story started when this great-grandmother from Canberra, Australia, went shopping for an ideal gown. She tried on a number of dresses but 4 of them were Sylvia's absolute favorites and she couldn't pick which one to choose. To help her, somebody took the discussion to Facebook where they posted a picture of Sylvia posing in all of the dresses and asked their followers which design should the classy lady choose.
The post also said that Frank has asked Sylvia to marry him many times. "Sylvia has always refused, thinking that to take a new surname would be disrespectful to her deceased husband," it said. "A year ago, Sylvia took ill and moved to Canberra to be near her family, and Frank thought all hope was lost. When Sylvia recovered, she found Frank, who was living in Adelaide, and convinced him to move to Canberra to be with her. Frank arrived a couple of months ago and again asked Sylvia to marry him. Sylvia had learned that you can keep your own surname when you marry, and so said yes."

I agree, but with one suggestion. When you find a bra that's comfortable and gives you the lift I think Ewelina was thinking of, wear it and wash it several times before the wedding. New foundation garments always itch me and/or poke in strange places. So "break it in" so you can't even tell you're wearing one!

Firstly huge congratulations on your forthcoming wedding. I bet you are so excited & yes choosing the dress is a nightmare. I commend your bravery asking our advice & on that note. My choice for your lovely lady would be A for the wedding, with B or D for your honeymoon or spoil yourself & have both for your honeymoon. Have a fantastc time.

This one seems to drape the best. But if it fits in your budget pick up the print dress too. It took me 10 minutes to decide between the two. Maybe this one for the ceremony and the print for the reception.

Love the square neckline, but I wouldn't wear anything around my neck to give that neckline a chance to shine. Search for THE PERFECT brooch OR bold earrings (not both) and perhaps a bracelet or two. The cut of this dress is perfect for you. I can think of a lot more to say but I think I should just shut up!! Oh, and felicitations, and I can only hope that I look half as good as you do if I make it to 93!!!

I love A. The color really is stunning on you. The cut is very flatteringly. And if looks light weight and very elegant. For me their is no other choice. One of the other comments suggests body shapewear. I also recommend a "tummy smoothing" lingerie or corset for the ceremony and photos if you desire. I absolutely believe you need to be able to breathe and dance and enjoy your wedding. I advise you to wear a dress or a pantsuit to your reception.

I use to work as stylist. So vorgive me please for comments. But I would advise you this dress, but adding better form bra and tightening tummy underware. Please weare necklace wich is not long, but closer to neck as long one makes dress to simple. Please weare make up wich will cover slightly redness of face. Just adding healthy tann look. Skin colour heals will make uou look yonger. And I want to say, you wery pretty lady ! Haupe I will look at least similar in your age😍

A. She looks stylish and elegant in the first two. All of the dresses are lovely in their own right but not all have the same impact on her. The last two - esp. the print make her look typical - a bit dated. I wish the happy couple the very best - I love the spirit. As long as you have life, LIVE!

At 93 you look amazing in all of them but my advice to you isn't to ask everyone else which one looks best ... it's to ask yourself which one makes you feel good, which one makes you feel like your in your sexy twenties again, which one makes you walk an inch taller just because you feel so damn good in it , which one feels most like you.. on your wedding day ... it's not about what everyone else thinks looks good... it's about what makes you feel radiant and that is what everyone will see on the day ... best wishes and congratulations 💖

Well first off, I want to say this lady looks to have a personality that is 1 in a million! Congratulations!!! Second of all, if the wedding is in July it is going to be pretty warm out, so wearing something with less sleeves will be best. 😊 third, I absolutely love dress C!
