61-Year-Old Model Absolutely Rocks Her Swimsuit Campaign, And Shares Her Beauty Secrets
Swimsuit adverts are often highly sexualized, but as you can see from these stunning pictures, they don’t have to be. Nor do they have to feature young models, as Yasmina Rossi proves. You wouldn’t believe it to look at her, but the model, visual artist, and self-portrait photographer is in fact over 60 years old. And she definitely has a fair share of tips on how to look younger.
The photographs below are part of a campaign for a swimsuit collaboration between online shop The Dreslyn and a lingerie house called Land of Women. According to Brooke Taylor Corcia, founder of Dreslyn, the purpose of the collection was to veer away from the hyper-sexualized imagery of existing swimwear lines. She decided to choose Malibu, California-based Rossi as their older model of choice because, as she said to Huffpost, “This is a woman who radiates health and vitality. She’s confident; she’s a visual artist, she takes care of herself. [This line is] all about being a person who’s well-lived and well-traveled and has intelligence and confidence, and letting that shine through.”

Pizza does not need to be unhealthy. Organic flour and ingredients for sure. Tomatoes, pesto, spinach, feta cheese, etc.

I love the last photo, the one with the horse. The colors blend and flow and create a very storm-like sense, especially with the way the woman and the horse seem to be talking together. She's a gorgeous woman and always will be.

To be honest she is tall and has a lovely figure but I know 65 year olds that look younger facially than she does, she look older than 61 and her facial pics are definitely air brushed!

Yes, i can easily believe she's 61. Because I'm 70 and don't look a day older than her. But I don't eat organic food, just normal stuff - and a bit of rubbish when I feel so inclined. Plus I smoked for 40 years. IMO It has much more to do with attitude. If you live life it loves you back and there's no need to get all 'precious; about it.

Avocados are great. I eat them often too, though not as many as one a day. But I do eat at least three or four a week. They are yummy too. I also have a thing for tomatoes. Just can't get enough of them. I'm a man, 51, but nobody believes my age. They think I'm in my early to mid 30's. I was even called man-witch once...lol I won't say it's just the things I eat, but what you eat is one of the most important things for a healthy lifestyle and looking good. You also need to workout often, and avoid alcohol, even though a beer here and there is not going to ruin your looks. It hasn't ruined mine! Wine is good too, though. Oh and always keep a positive attitude. Avoid arguing with people and treat everyone like you would want everyone to treat you. If you can do that consistently and keep reminding yourself of it, you will be happier and grow healthy-old like this lady, and look great regardless of genes or natural physical beauty.

She look's so good still . I'm 64 n I look good 4 my age to . I've kept a very healthful eating pattern & stayed active swimming is # 1 for me then biking & last is walking .

I don't know much about staying away from hyper-sexualism but she's not putting her money were her mouth is! ;-) And what does being intelligent, confident and having travelled a lot have to do with beauty? Cut that old, dried out dead hair off. Why do so many women think that long hair with no style looks good in them at any age. It doesn't look good on most women, yet they continue to wear it in droves. Melanie Trump is another example. Ugh.

Her face does look 60 but the body does not. This is due to a good nutrition & some form of regular exercise. It is not 'natural' to just let yourself go at any age. A great physique at 60 is no accident. Use it or lose it ladies & gents.

Hello I am 61 I am a former model .....the neck and sagging skin looking like chicken meat falling off the bone hmmmm not so cool not good age should be about taking care of yourself yes nutrition excercize but also family and what's inside your head giving back and growth as a person in their 60s. I seriously feel great look great and can look in the mirror and say hi you look great everyday. I do I for longevity and because my family and friends want me to be around for along time. Old skin looks better under the filters your using! I noticed the unsymmetrical fave ei...eyebrows etc. stop guilting women about and body and start celebrating the fact they've made it to 60 and are still healthy and positive. P.s. The photo with the horse (as I ride as well) the saying the old grey mate she ain't what she used to be LOL
