Don't expect to get the same before and after pictures. They have been greatly exaggerated. Softboxes are meant to avoid light spots and get a more evenly distributed lighting result. That's all they do. What he did here is also adjust the colors greatly to make the difference between the before and after pictures alot bigger. Kind of misleading. But otherwise it's a usefull tip.

Thanks a lot for taking the frames out of the video, saves us poor guys which a data cap or bad connection who don't have to stream megabytes of video :)
You can see the photographer's fingers holding the cd in the left of the 'lens flare' shot! ....Errrrr whoops.
That is cool, but I personally prefers photoshop for photo correction, boost, and manipulation
