I just had to put my fourteen year old chow to sleep. I love that animal more than most humans I've known. My heart is broken, but I wouldn't trade the ache away for even one less day with her. Every moment was precious and wonderful, and so worth the exquisite agony of losing her.

And doesn't break curfew or ask for an allowance.

Actually this is really good to talk to pets with a high, skeaky voice, i'm an ethologist and there was some studies about that in comparison to babies.THE SAME! you get more attention from both with high voice, because mammals are in the high sounds when happy, and in the deep ones for agression.this is very serious you can continue to look ridiculous (who cares?) you are scientifically right! no difference either between cats, dogs and the other little mammal that we call a baby in that matter.
