Young Photographer Created A Series Of Digital Art Photography To Say Stop The Violence!

Photographer and digital artist Giusiana Maddaluno lives in Naples, Italy. She created pictures for the purpose of denouncing the violence against women, bringing to light the aspects of psychological violence.

1# “Her soul dissolves and her dignity was slowly lost.

And she was there! Clinging to the memory of a man who gave her, swearing eternal love, a symbol as promised: a red rose.”

2# ” There was a strangled, arrested scream, impossible to be listened. A voiceless scream, resonating as an heartbreak. It was the scream of that woman, who was longing with all the people for the same thing: Freedom!”

3# “She was sitting there, still, harmless. Her body and her will were imprisoned in the hands of a man. Yes, a man whose fingers were raising so high, so strong, he could shape barriers. A cell in which she felt paradoxically protected from the fear frightening her moment after moment. That was for her a human cell.”

4# “A violence. A kidnapping. A woman. Her soul belonged no longer to her. Her thoughts were bouncing on the walls of suffering: ‘Once I got kidnapped of his beauty’ she said, ‘naive, but in love. Now I’m forced to get forcedly kidnapped’.”

5# “The woman as the concept of a puppet: with such a beauty she was expressing her pain, an almost indifferent suffering. She was there, standing still.”

A special thanks to my model: Giovanna Marrali!
