294 Of The Best Dog Tattoo Ideas Ever
There are many ways to show the man's best friend that you're his best friend too - you can buy your dog treats, take him for adventures and make sure he lives a comfortable, happy life. But if you want to commemorate the ups and downs you had together with your cute puppy, why not getting a tattoo to immortalize that?
With many tattoo designs available, not only can you get the portrait of your beloved pooch inked, but can also choose from more abstract or minimalist tattoo ideas to show your appreciation for the four-legged friend. There are so many reasons why cute dogs melt our hearts, but the most important things are that they do not care about your career choices, your wealth or your flaws, a dog will love you no questions asked.
Bored Panda collected some of the most beautiful works by the best tattoo artists honoring dogs. Upvote the ones you’d love to ink on your skin and submit your own dog tattoos if you already have one!

I love Jack Russell Terriers, they are my favourite breed...they are fearless little psychopaths, and very sweet at the same time.

Is it real tattoo or just a drawing made by felt-tip pen? :D Looks like someone was trying if it writes on the skin before the paw was drawn :D

The script at top looks off center but it's not. It's the way the photo was taken and the angle of my arm. It wraps around quite a ways on both sides and this puts her name dead center of the full design.

Not all of these dogs are dead. WTH Bored Panda? It's really morbid and wrong to describe this as a list of tattoos honoring dead dogs, if some of them are still alive.
