When art imitates life, it gets hard to find the joke sometimes. Especially with rescue dogs. We get a lot of siblings and the reality is, they aren’t going to get adopted together.
This strip was based on three brothers, named after whiskies. You can’t help but bond with them. It was hard when the first brother found a home. All you can do is focus on the positive, which is that even though separated, they’re all in a good place. That’s the goal at the end of the day.
