Love it! Keep making your art no matter what anyone tells you. Art is not created to appeal to a select few. It is simply created.

Unless you are independently wealthy, if you can't make money making art, you have to either slow down and take a day job or stop making it altogether. Why ? Because art supplies cost money. Felted work is an old art , but, wool felted realistic looking animals is more recent. In the U.K. these animals are sold on sites much like eBay, only they make multitudes of the same item To me, that is craft , vs, art. Pinterest has a lot as well. Probably, Etsy ,too. This is a business that is growing. If you wish to sell, don’t alienate a section of would be customers. Why can I say this ? I sold 14k hand knotted semi-precious stone , sterling silver, & pearl jewelry to boutiques , as well as had, trunk sales held by stores for years.

While I'm not a Donald fan, I prefer this site to be apolitical. It is not in the best interest of an artist & merchant to alienate any potential customers.
