I can empathize here. I have lower GI bloating issues. Digestion naturally causes some bloating but being hungry defiantly upsets my body too and it responds with more bloating, haha. I often have to walk a fine line between how I feel at any given mealtime and what I've learned about my food triggers so far. It does suck. I've been to a GI doc but it's an ongoing thing.
