Who Are The Members Of Your Family? A Social Experiment Shows That Adults And Children Do Not Answer The Same
According to a 2016 GfK global survey, close to 6 out of 10 families have pets at home. Our furry, feathered and fishy friends bring so much to our lives without even trying.
A social experiment was recently conducted by the pet healthcare pharmaceutical manufacturer Beaphar in order to see how different members of a family perceive their relationship with their pets.
Four families from four different European countries participated. In a separate rooms we asked children to draw a picture of their family, while their parents were asked to name all family members.
The results were quite surprising! As this video reveals, the answers from children and adults were very different, with all the children who took part being dismayed by their parents’ answers.
Pet owners would definitely confirm that our pets are just as important to our family as our parents or our children, so let’s never forget that our pets are family too!
