I want to share those moments here, also because someone might be having second thoughts about moving away from home for a certain period of time. It’s quadruple worth it. No matter where you go.

Abandones restaurant over Lisbon. Be careful for the cops here, gotta sneak in and out. Surprisingly enough, no ghost stories so far.

My friend, my weird foot and I went to Peniche for a 3-day surfing trip. Eat, surf, eat tuna, surf, sleep, repeat.

Lagoa do Fogo, Azores islands. A lake in an volcano on the island in the middle of the ocean.

Praia Ribeira do Cavalho – few years ago a hidden paradise only locals knew, now a touristic destination. Don’t tell anyone, it’s already too crowded.

Nazaré, where arguably the biggest wave in history was surfed in 2012. Google it.
