We need more education on periods! I personally am always told by my Father and brothers that I’m being a baby and I need to walk it off. My cramps are horrible and crippling but one bottle or box of Midol is almost 5$! It’s horrible! But also pads and tampons are so uncomfortable! While woman made products are better there is still so many terrible male products that don’t work and leak. And in schools if someone with female reproductive organs asks for a bathroom break male teachers won’t let them. We need to be able to buy pads and tampons without feeling embarrassed because the cashier is a guy!! We deserve extra bathroom breaks for our period in both the classroom and at work! And well to be honest every time a woman has a slight attitude a man is like “SoMeOnEs On ThEiR PeRiOd!!” and its so annoying!
Oh and don’t forget about public bathrooms 25c-1.50$ pad dispensers that’s just annoying

Education isn't necessarily the problem. Many men have is empathising with what they perceive as a normal bodily function. During the period of mensis a women's sex hormones levels crash which will compound pain or discomfort, which of course isn't something anyone else is able to perceive. I don't say that to be condensing, but explain my understanding based on my understanding of biology. If you feel embarrassed buying sanitary products when the cashier is a guy, that's not the fault of the cashier. We don't have Midol here in the UK, but other analgesics with inflated prices marketed at women for menstrul pain. The thing is they are not any more effective than cheaper pain killers, it's just clever targeted marketing. Don't fall for it. It's far more likely that some products don't fit well because everyone is a different size, not because they are designed by men. It might be true when products are supposed to be unisex, but not when when are the target market.
