2017 is the year of Literary Heroes. It is 20 years since Harry Potter was released, the 200th anniversary of Jane Austen's Death and 75 years since the first Famous Five novel was released.
The first week of May is also Children's Book Week.
So we decided to illustrate some of the most iconic literature locations around the UK that you need to visit. From the real life locations that inspired fictional settings to the homes and writing places of the most famous writers of all time, these locations are a must-visit for all book-lovers.
