If you're one of those people who think that vegan foods are all leaves and dirt, get ready to be amazed. A 16-year-old Instagrammer named Jose is banishing 'boring food' by crafting colorful, vibrant, and completely vegan breakfasts and sweets that even dedicated carnivores are drooling over.

The teen tries out a variety of trendy dishes, such as smoothie bowls and raw cheesecakes, with shimmering frozen fruit acting as both the main ingredient and the 'crown of jewels' in each vegan meal. Creamy, fresh textures abound, making each edible arrangement seem more satisfying than the last. The most appealing part of Jose's food artworks, however, is the sheer amount of color he manages to pack into each one.

Well, it looks like employing a vegan diet might not be so bad after all! We promise you'll be hungry after scrolling down and seeing these all-natural edible artworks for yourself - just be sure to vote for the ones you'll try your own hand at making.

Maybe removing the skin of the kiwi would be more appetizing

I actually LOVE the skin. To me, it is the tastiest part, it's tangy and sweet and I like the hairy texture! LOL I know, it's weird, right? But when I get a kiwi, I only pluck off the ends, and I eat the entire thing! You know how some fruits have very tasty skins? Like apples and plums? Same with the kiwi. About this photo, it's photoshopped too, though it does look nice. Look at the kiwis, the shadows are wrong. And what is with those berries?! Are they frozen to be that color? STRANGE!

MEEEEEEEE! I love it unpeeled. The skin has a TON of powerful tangy flavor. I pluck the ends off, wash it, and eat the entire thing. I like the hairs too! It has more flavor than the rest of the fruit, the skin that is. I always thought you were supposed to eat the skin. It has never hurt me, and I'm now 49 and have been eating kiwi fruits like this, skin on, forever. Like an apple's skin, or a plum's skin, it has more tangy and powerful flavor then the rest of the fruit, AND vitamins too.

I use Kool-Aid's blue raspberry sugar free flavoring, the kind that comes in that tiny little squeeze bottle, to flavor my plain greek yogurt, and it looks just like this. The silver balls are cake decorations, totally edible, used usually on bridal cakes. My German grandparents owned a bakery and we used these a lot on wedding cakes. All that is missing in this bowl is some granola, which I guess was too hard to photoshop. This looks so pretty and appetizing, it's such a shame to be let down knowing it's all fake......... but listen, for those of you who eat plain Greek yogurt, give those little squeeze bottle of kool-aid (or other brands, there are tons of them now) a chance, they make wonderful flavorings for plain yogurt and they are sugar free!

See my long comment in the post with the "cheesecake" slices, Molly. I can guarantee you you've never seen a professionally-shot photo of food that was unretouched.

Frozen small fruit is definitely an under-explored culinary item. Frozen groups are awesome, like little Popsicles.

"What's that dad-bern stuff there on the bottom?", the old lady at the back of the internet asked.

Hey look!... Berries.... Again. Frozen... Again. Liquid food around it... Again. I don't know anayone that likes to eat frozen berries. If you say vegan doesn't need to be boring... These 5 pages of picures just show the opposite.

Tons and tons of fruit, he must have the shits all the time! All the 'food' is just some white goop, food colouring and frozen fruit. Over and over again... ho-hum
