    Boil the water

When the water has come to a rolling boil add the leaves. Cover your teapot so that the essential oils that are in the herb not to evaporate out of the tea. Steep time will vary depending upon what herb you’re using. For most tea leaves 10 minutes of steeping is recommended.
Sweeten your tea if you’d like with whatever sweetener you prefer. I love using honey!
