This painting came around because i have alot of things on my mind lately. the last 2 years ive lost 7 people close to me and my dog with another 4 who are terminal with alot of life they will not get to use. so ive been deep in my own mind battling the feelings and thoughts of them leaving me as well as my own end. hopefully a long ways down the road. ive watched as this one person face the impending hand of death with no worry in their heart, just love and hope. we all go when we do and that we should take the time EVERYDAY to love the ones around us. our sons, daughters, mothers fathers, wife husbands, our friends. leave our knowledge, our kindness and our understanding in each others hearts. for when we go thats what we leave behind and in doing so we escape the bonds of our own timeline. in thought who we are and our love, knowledge and understanding become immortal.
Thats what this one was about. a couple, long passed, now bone, looking back at moments of their lives. knowing that they in a way cheeted death. they hold eachother in a loving embrace. their hearts untouched by time that claimed their flesh.
