Some weeks ago, during a family barbeque, my nephew (a pro rider and stuntman) came to me and told me he loves the balance bikes I produce, and seriously wanted to ride one. I told him: “yeah sure, it’s designed for a toddler, but mechanically it should stand your weight too”. Ok we were both tipsy, I admit it… But the day after, sober, he called me and told me he planned to race downhill with two of his buddies on a private alpine road he knew. I put together 3 balance bikes using second choice pieces, we did some tests and understood that it was feasable… and that is what you get in the videos, action and crashes included!
