These Nontraditional Wedding Gowns Throw Rules Out The Window
Houstonian designer Natalie Harris describes her bridal and gala styles as “a mashup of Grace Kelly and Gwen Stefani – elegant, but with unexpected details.” Whether creating custom prints, embroidery, or her use of color, we’re in love with it all and ready to walk down the aisle in these NOW. She says delicate prints and sparkle are in store for 2017 (@damselwhitelabel for sneak peeks), but here are a few highlights from their past collections.

“Lindsey” [Your Print Here] sweetheart ballgown
There is a real “Lindsey”, and she was a backyard bride from Austin, TX. We worked together to make sure the colors coordinated with the tartan in her fiance’s kilt. We loved it so much we made another for the collection! We could create a print of anything, really.
“Aurora” is like indulging the dreams of your inner tween
Shown in Rainbow White, this super comfy stretch sequin deep V is at once sexy and utterly fun. We suggest this wedding incorporate a unicorn motif.
“Miranda” feels traditional and yet completely NOT
Shown in Ivory/Mint, but available with the underlay in basically any color you can imagine. I personally would love it in solid ivory but Damsel White Label’s signature ombre dyed hem treatment underneath. RIIIIIIIGHT!?
“Lucinda” is like wearing your fancy pajamas
Behold the definition of effortless. It won’t wrinkle, and it’s comfortable enough to wear for the loooooong day that is your wedding. (Check it out in ivory, too. SOO PRETTAYYYY.)
“Lydia” (Beetlejuice reference!) stripe charmeuse ballgown WITH POCKETS!
I mean…DONE AND DONE.
You’ll LOVE it with the “Hidden Garden” belt, too, for a vivid punch of color.
“Ophelia” print gown…wait, are those the NYC library lions?
And Napoleon, too. Rich textures of white on a billowy crepe A-line. It’s like traditional, but turned up to eleven.
“Angelina” Minimalism. #nailedit
(but wait until you see the back; click through!)
Slinky, comfy, and elegant AF.
“Willa” came from combining two of our favorite styles!
Shown in our original print “Neobohemian Rhapsody” on serenity blue (other colors available).
Looks great with or without a petticoat (click through to see both ways).
“Taylor” silver mesh fit and flare with rhinestone
Slay, Ice Queen style.
Also comes in gold.
“Wimberley” has a border print of the Texas hill country!
Wow. That’s doing rustic in a new way.
Also available solid ivory, or ask them about creating a new print for you!
