The Magic Lantern Festival

On Saturday 18th February (2017) I went to the Magic Lantern Festival in London. The Lanterns were absolutely stunning! It took about an hour to walk around the park where it was held.

The Festival is to celebrate Chinese New Year. It’s very magical, with bright colours. I toasted marshmallows. The weather was very lovely as well. When you get to the end of the lantern display it’s the entertainment section. It has food such as crepes, hot dogs ect. and has bars and music playing. It also has a ferris wheel and ice skating.
