Warning, people who don’t like cute stories should not read this post!

Ladybug or Ladybird. Look at them how cute little creatures they are. I think, we should give such nice names for all common and friendly insects. There would be less kids who are afraid of them.

Yesterday, when I was doing my daily routine, raking the leaves in the yard, I noticed a Ladybug on the ground. It is almost November, so I haven’t expected any. It looked dead, but it was just ready for the cold night. I picked it up, then I noticed more, and picked them up, too. As I was holding them on my hands, they’ve started to come alive, so I just picked one. It looked like she was stretching on my hands, like I do in the morning. She started cleaning her head and front legs, then started to walk around on my skin. When she got enough heat, she flew away. This moment was magical for me. I was able to capture every movement of this bug on a video.

As this Ladybird took some energy from the heat of my palm, it reminded me that we all depend on each other (people, animals, insects, plants), and how important it is to help and care of each other, weather it is about people, animals or just a little ladybug.
