We are blessed to be a part of a wonderful yoga crew here in Nepal. We stopped the traffic along the Hippy Trail & the Silk Road with a yoga flash mob! We did so briefly crowding the junction previously crossed by adventurers, wanderers, ancient mystics & living Goddesses. We did so to bring yoga back to its roots! The post-Earth quake reconstruction is moving slowly, so what better way of bringing the tradition back to your practice along with some karma yoga here in the Himalayas?
