yeah i used oil pastels for the background and acrylic paint for the like other parts. And my hands were colorful.

Well, I actually used a really simple platform called Paint 3D. It comes pre-installed on Lenovo Laptops! It's nothing super complicated, but I LOVE Paint 3D, and do most of my art on it.
