Snow Griffins can be found on Northern Pole a year around and also in Arctic in winter. They sculpt their nests of snow, and ready ones look like hills with burrows within. They usually settle together making a kind of griffin city with big amount of passages between their huts hidden under the snow layer. It is easier to keep an eye on curious cubs, to defend your land from hungry polar bears and to hunt on fish, seals and sometimes even on fat luscious walruses when you live in such a big vigorous family. These creatures use copious body language, giving a lot of attention to tail movements, wing whisks, ear quake s and so on. Snow griffin voice sounds like owl’s hoot but it is mostly hidden by strong northern wind and cannot be heard by anyone in their habitat.
