Dallas Pets Alive! – DPA! – www.dallaspetsalive.org is a non-profit organization focused on promoting and providing the resources, education and programs needed to eliminate the killing of companion animals. DAP! new adoption campaign focus on reminding the general public how influential dogs can be in our lives and the beauty of adopting a rescued pet. Inspired by iconic singer Paul McCartney, DPA! created #mymartha campaign. And now you know that Martha My Dear – one of Paul’s memorable songs – was not composed for his girlfriend. In fact, it was composed for his beloved dog, an old English Sheepdog!
