A continuation of work she started in 2014, Cynthia Delaney Suwito knits instant noodles to remind us all to slow down and to take a break from our “instant” world.
Appropriately entitled “Knitting Noodles,” this work is currently being performed by Suwito at the 2016 Untapped Discovery show in Singapore. She visits the gallery every second day to knit one pack of noodles, adding about 20-30cm to it’s length with each session.
