My name is Polina Verbytska, I'm a self-taught artist from Kyiv, Ukraine. Some years ago I started sculpting when I saw some hyperrealistic sculptures online.
I don't use models for my work, I sculpt faces that come to me in a dream or weird sculptures straight from my imagination.
I like to experiment with sizes in my sculpture art, from very small, like jewelry, to big ones.
I use modern mediums, such as polymer clay, silicone, polyurethane, resin. They help me make my creepy artworks even more realistic.
Also, I'm proud that people from all over the world own my weird artworks, some time ago I made a project for a museum in the USA, and now I preparing for a solo exhibition in Kyiv.

Yup! But, like, I'm traumatised. And in awe. But traumatised.
Load More Replies...You should look for work in studios doing horror movies, they could really use your expertise and talent
She should. I would like to see a movie based off the backstories of these sculptures, that would be interesting.
Load More Replies...Wow! Some great inspiration here for horror movies, but really you have some crazy dreams
This is so cool! But to all of you who say the artist needs a psychiatrist, just because someone has creepy dreams and/or makes stuff like horror and such, doesn't mean they are mentally unwell. I myself am an artist (admittedly not as crazy awesome as this person is, but...) and I make creepy stuff all the time, plus I have some odd dreams too. However, I don't suffer from any issues, and when I did go to a psychiatrist due to concerned friends, I had nothing wrong with me besides some ADHD, which I already knew about. I know you guys all mean no harm, but it sort of fires me up when people see something creepy and creative, and instantly assume mental issues are at play.
How do you even do this...this is so good. I can't even make a circle out of clay. Your very underrated, you have a lot of talent.
