In the 1980’s Paintsculpturist Christine Joubert has recorded a legacy of Calgary’s historic sandstone buildings, many which no longer exist. Preserving a bit of the city’s history was a labor of love she felt was important.
Her ‘’SANDSTONE CITY’ collection of 16 paintings, incorporating actual sandstone from one of the buildings, captures it perfectly
