80-Year-Old Man Builds A Dog Train To Take Rescued Stray Dogs On Adventures
Eugene Bostick, an 80-year-old senior citizen in Fort Worth, Texas, spends his days operating what just might be the coolest train in the world. His homemade train takes rescued stray dogs out for fun rides around the neighborhood and in the surrounding woods.
Eugene and his brother Corky live on a dead-end street where many locals bring their unwanted dogs to leave them behind. Eugene began operating a sort of animal shelter and taking the dogs for rides with his tractor. “We started feeding these abandoned animals, letting them in, taking them to the vet to get them spayed and neutered. We made a place for dog rescues to live,” Eugene told Dodo.
“I seen this guy with a tractor who attached these carts to pull rocks. I thought, ‘Dang, that would do for a dog train.’ I’m a pretty good welder, so I took these plastic barrels with holes cut in them, and put wheels under them and tied them together,” Eugene continued. “Whenever these adorable dogs hear me hooking the tractor up to it, man, they get so excited.”

Inspiring! One day while rounding a corner here in Miami I saw a bicycle rider towing a dog behind him in a wheeled-carrier. I honked and gave him a thumbs up.

Second time I've seen this story. Just as happy now as the first. One day while rounding a corner here in Miami I saw a bicyclist cruising the sidewalk while towing a dog behind in a carrier. Made my day as I honked, reached above my truck cab and showed him my thumb up.

Hi Eugene and Corky, the video is great because I can hear their barking enjoyment with the ride, some of them standing up in their cars. Wonderful you both are bringing happiness to these strays.I wonder if you'd be upset with more dogs and trains because I think you should expand! Then DOG TRAINS ACROSS AMERICA. You two are wonderful guys. Get going again, I hear your passengers howling for more!

It is a shame to read how people get rid off their buddies...it sucks...but luckily sometimes this kind human being appears and changes the life of these dogs for the best. Hey humans, you who getsd rid off your animals, there's a law called Karma, be aware of that! sh*t always come back. As good actions too.
