Musician David Macdonald recorded the sound of the number Pi up to 122 decimal places. A song written by taking the digits of Pi and assigning them to the notes of the A harmonic Minor scale.
He says: This is a song I wrote to help me memorize π, since I can memorize music easier than strings of numbers. In my mind, I can hear the melody, and figure out the numbers.
