This is a photostory about my last travel in Japan, a testimony of a people and a culture not only far away from us, but definitely different. What are the common points between the East and Italy? Surely the kitchen!

Japanese cuisine is quite varied and full of unusual dishes (for us) and curious.

Typical kiosks arise in the streets, in the markets and in shopping malls and offer strange specialties. The purpose of this project is to provide a series of portraits of characters, shops and foods highlighting their diversity.
