Always been a storyteller since I was young now I try to tell my stories through my images with the help of Photoshop.

He? "She" is the artist, she's using herself as the basics to create a pose and then work from there. If it was commissioned by someone with a photo of them and their dog I'm sure she would include it. But this is her project, she's using photos to edit - she probably just doesn't want her dog in all of them.

Amazing.... the question I ponder is what came first the pose or the concept?
Thank you so much!! Sometimes it’s the pose first then work my way thru the composition as a practice but most of the time the concept comes first so that posing, direction of the light is easier to calculate.

The pictures are beautiful. It gives the feeling of a Studio Ghibli movie. I love how well the person poses, so much is conveyed. A good actress.
She does realise that all these pictures would be much easier to edit if they were taken against a green screen (which you can by cheap online). Just a few clicks, adjust the size and lighting, add a filter or two...done.
Dammit, I like to hide behind "I don't feel like getting the green screen and all the lights out" to not do composites, plus it's a pain to match the lighting of the background photo etc. Why can't you just let me have my excuses? Now I'm feeling lazy and it's all your fault!
