My Wife And I Turned A Personal Tragedy Into A Funny Family Business About Animals

While on lock down due to corona virus, my beautiful wife suffered a severe seizure and broke her neck and back. This was the scariest event of our lives and left my wife, a licensed massage therapist unable to work and me as her husband unable to leave her side.

We have 3 children and 11 animals to take care of. We had our moments of panic and freak out, however with our powers combined we used our sense of humor to adapt and overcome our challenges.

We started Gorilla Vibe where we took two things we both love Animals and humor and we got busy. In just a few short weeks we had created and launched over 100 funny animal products online. I worked day and night in between taking care of my injured wife, feeding 11 animals, changing cat litter and enrolling and attending online college.

Here are some of the funniest ones that still make us laugh and one chicken design because we love our chickens!

The idea was to come up with funny animal designs to put on shirts, face coverings, tank tops and baby onsies.

Some of the ideas are totally original like naming our bearded dragon a Godzilla Pancake while others were inspired by the Internet renames animals memes. We came up with our own designs and created products from those designs.

We wanted to spread a little more love and laughter during this time through animals and humor. We took this personal tragedy and used animals and humor to adapt and overcome a major life setback during a global pandemic.
