Long time listener first post. Had a great job, but then got a bad boss. My complaint is why is this still happening? Long story short, after starting an entry lvl position 5 years ago, my pay has increased to 150 % of my starting wage. That’s a 10% bump per year. I am still the lowest ranked member in the store, with 150 coworkers outranking me

Hey there, Pandas! My name is Diana (though some prefer to refer to me as Diane, Deanna, and even Liana sometimes), and I am a Community Post Moderator Lead for Bored Panda.
