I Drew A Morgan Freeman Portrait With Colored Ballpoint Pens

My name is Henry and I’m an artist that specializes in realistic colored pencil drawings. I always knew it was possible to create realistic and beautiful drawings with pens but my mind was literally blown when i saw a video on Youtube of an artist named Alan drawing a picture of Captain Jack Sparrow. I literally couldn’t believe it. It was simply awe-inspiring and because of him I decided to try it.

This drawing of Morgan Freeman is my very first attempt at using the ballpoint. It was tedious, took a tremendous amount of time (almost a whole week of working off and on on it) and patience and in the end I’d say I’m proud of the results. I don’t know if I’ll continue creating drawings like these but it most definitely was an amazing experience trying it out.
