People tend to think that love can only be shown with grand, extraordinary gestures that the world can see. It’s arguable, though, that ‘true’ love exists in the small and seemingly mundane, yet intimate moments shared between two hearts. Auckland-based, Korean-born artist Lynn Choi is acutely aware of this fact, and has crafted a few illustrations that brilliantly capture those heartwarming ‘everyday’ experiences we all share with the ones we hold dear. Aren’t homemade pancakes on a lazy Sunday morning one hundred times better than a fancy dinner out, anyway?

I love this! It is so amazing and her illustrations have so much detail and it has this cozy mood. You can really see the content and happiness in it.

OMG the style, the feeling, the anatomy, the lighting, the beautiful story behind every picture. Truly beautiful, you could maybe consider making 5 more and turning it into a calendar, I would gladly buy it! Or keep it as it is and sell them individually or as a zine! Or don't, your choice, but I would definitely buy some.

Why are people saying the dude is a weird pedo in a inappropriate relationship? Lots of people are born taller or shorter than the average height. I’m taller than my my mum but the same height as my aunt.

There is shorter, and then there is younger looking...much younger. The first thing I thought when I saw this is that it must be daughter hugging the dad in the kitchen and then mom cuddling the daughter in the bed, until I kept scrolling. I knew these types of comments were coming...because I had one of my own.
