Why do all bad thoughts and biggest fears of life come at night?
Don't listen to your mind, you are not your thoughts and feelings. Your essence is always in peace and it doesn't think, it knows everything already. If you meditate, you will learn to shut off your mind and just BE, and experience what it really is to live for the first time. And never again will you get lost in negative emotions or feelings. You may feel those feelings of course, but you will know you are not them. Your essence is above it all, observing peacefully.
