I’ve Been Designing Mosaic Crochet Squares For The Past Month To Relieve Anxiety
This year has been a very stressful one for most people due to the pandemic. It just multiplied the stress of my getting over a long term relationship, which leveled up last month when my son experienced the sudden loss of his father. Not to be too TMI, but 2020 has been a higher-than-normal anxiety type of year for me! However, I’ve found some some solace in expressing myself through creativity, whether through music, painting, or more recently, designing these mosaic crochet squares. Due to their popularity on some of the Facebook crochet groups I’m in, I also wrote up patterns for them which are available on Ravelry, a fiber-arts pattern site. Designing & creating can be cathartic for me as it helps take the focus off of the negative and I get a sense of accomplishment once I’m finished with a project. Anyway, I hope you enjoy some of my work!
