A surreal sight can be seen in this video as several iguanas seem to be frozen in place after a nationwide winter storm brought temperatures in Florida down to the low 40s. Iguanas are cold-blooded and once the temps get too cold, they go into a hibernation-like state and revive once it warms up. If you watch the video below in full screen you can see a close-up of one of the iguanas eyes at : 27 and you’ll see its pupil dilating and contracting.
