I think it does the creation better to address it by this than with "shopped", which nowadays has this connotation of creating something fake that tries not to reveal that it does not reflect reality (such as fashion magazine covers).

Why the hell does the URL states "Russian" if she's from Ukraine?
Most likely, the author of the article thought she was Russian. After some research, staff changed the title to "Ukrainian". :) URL generates automatically once the article is created.

Many years too late. We're surrounded with this kind of artistry but you get used to seeing the impossible. However, some of those are unquestionably photoshopped, you can tell even without the impossible content giving it away.
